Great service. I decided to drop off my old phone at their Woodmead location as I’m not a big fan of dealing with courier services. The staff was very friendly and were very quick. I received an offer later that same day, but had to wait the entire weekend for payment as the sent me the offer too close to closing hours on a Friday. The offer was a bit lower than what was said on the website but not by much (which I did expect) and they explained it was because of the battery life, which is also mentioned on their website. Payment was made as promised on Monday at 4 o’clock and they use FNB so if you bank with FNB you’ll receiver the payment instantly. They are the only ones that I found to offer the most for your pre loved iPhones and I fully recommend them.

Truly the BEST in the business!! What a pleasure dealing with a company that is 100% committed to doing what they do extremely well. The process to sell my phone was simple and efficient and got well over R1k more compared to ANY one else. They were honest about things I missed and made a fair offer. Payment made when promised. Highly recommend them!! You would be foolish to look anywhere else to sell your Apple products. Even iStore could not match with vouchers or trade-in offers.
